The headquarters is in the Northern part of Munich, near the Karlsfeld European logistics center and the Reichertshofen production site. The management holding company Wacker Neuson SE, which was formed in July 2011, and the subsidiaries Wacker Neuson Vertrieb Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG and Wacker Neuson Aftermarket & Services GmbH are now all housed under one roof.

The site of the new headquarters evolved historically: The company bought the land and moved into its first office building on the site as early as 1955. In later years, the Olympic village was built in its immediate neighborhood.
